Aspire Leisure Centre is the first fully integrated Training Centre in Europe for disabled and non-disabled people.

Through its projects and programmes, Aspire offers practical support to the 40,000 people living with a spinal cord injury in the UK so that they can lead fulfilled and independent lives in their homes, with their families, in work places and in leisure time.

Facilities at Aspire include:

• 25-metre swimming pool with ramped access for wheelchair users with a water temperature of 31 degrees.
• A fully integrated Inclusive Fitness Initiative approved Fitness Studio
• Sports hall for badminton, tennis, indoor hockey, basketball and other wheelchair sports
• Schwinn cycling studio and meeting room facilities
• Dance studio (home to the internationally acclaimed integrated dance company, Candoco)
• Basilian Café, serving light meals, snacks and a selection of hot and cold drinks.
